On the afternoon of Saturday 26 October, the members of the second session of the XVI Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops approved the final document. Pope Francis has approved its publication.
The Final Document, together with the Note by the Holy Father, is available at Italian (the original version of the Document), and in the official translations into English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
